
Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply when you make a booking with Guide North.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Prices
The price of each service is the one displayed on this website at the time of booking.
After submitting your booking form, you will receive a confirmation email and a payment link.
3. Booking Fee
The booking fee is equal to the full price of the trip.
4. Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by email once your booking form has been received.
5. Changes & Cancellations

You may change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up/meeting time.

If you cancel later than that, the full trip price will be charged.

Changes and cancellations can be made by replying to the booking confirmation email or contacting me via WhatsApp.
I reserve the right to cancel your booking if unforeseen circumstances prevent me from providing the service (e.g. force majeure). In such cases, you will receive an email notification and a full refund.
6. Tour Interruption
Once a tour has begun, the full trip price is payable. No refunds are given if a participant chooses to leave early for personal reasons.
If a participant is unable to continue the tour due to illness or injury, no cash refund will be provided. However, at my discretion, I may issue a credit towards a future trip.
If the interruption is caused by the tour operator (e.g. failure to provide the service as agreed), a fair partial refund will be arranged based on the portion of the tour completed.
Participants are strongly advised to hold valid travel and health insurance that covers accidents, medical treatment, evacuation, and trip interruption.
7. Equipment & Items Provided
Certain items are available for you to borrow during the trip, free of charge.

If an item is accidentally lost or damaged, or breaks from normal use, you are not liable for compensation.

If an item is intentionally lost or damaged, you will be required to compensate the full purchase price.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the Helsinki District Court.
We offer a variety of secure payment options through Paytrail, including:

Card payments using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard (including Debit), and American Express, protected with Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, or American Express SafeKey.

Mobile payments via MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, and Apple Pay — payments are confirmed through the respective apps.

Online banking via Finnish banks — you will be redirected to your bank’s interface to complete the payment.
Refunds, Returns & Complaints
For any payment-related or product/service concerns, please contact the merchant directly — Paytrail does not handle returns or refunds.
Payment terms
Payment Service Provider: Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment Institution in Finland. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
